Hello. I practise speaking every day but not so much. Every they I speak with myself in front of the mirror. When I am going to work out I speak and think English in the street. My listening skill has improved . I can understand about 80 percent of VOA audio files until now. But I have a big problem and it is time. Some times I went out in the morning and got back at night. But I am trying to continue my learning according to the program. For example tonight I was very tired but I listened to VOA and read some part of lesson 2. I am trying to be in touch with English learning every day even for a few minutes. Thanks
